I guess a fair few of use have sec1 shotguns, but does any one else have a problem finding a good place to shoot practical comps that are'nt UKPSA events ??
Im glad i did their safety course, but object to then having to join & get a comp licence.

LPSC run regular PSG shoots at Popham.

That's not too far from you.

I used to shoot PSG at Harlow.
You don't have to be in the UKPSA to attend their monthly shoots

Yes, I love shooting PSG (my favourite shooting form actually), but it's really difficult finding places to shoot. I'm shooting on Sunday @ Cheshunt Rifle & Pistol club - they run a fun shoot and it's once a month, every month.

Yes thats like 10 mins away !  thought it was just a clay shoot, who are LPSC ?

You won't regret going steve!

Its a great club shoot with friendly guys. I go every month, and have never had a bad competition. A few bad results, but they are getting better!

Just got back from the LPSC practical shotgun day at Popham, such a great bunch of blokes, not sure if any are on here, but i would reccomend attending any of their events.After the almost negative welcome from my current club ( several members excluded ) I cant beleive the differance in attitude.
My faith in fun & enjoyable shooting has been restored.

Yes due to lack of shooters ......................... but i live 10 minns & never new it was a Practical venue just thought it was Clays   so much for advertising

several local shooters may be intersted in taking over the booking as its such a great woodland.
