You need your approved F1 or F4 and an approved F5320.... You don't need a 5320 for a suppressor. Really? I was told it was for any NFA item. Where's ATFs ruling on it? The instructions on the 5320 it specifies what NFA weapons need the form. Silencers are not listed in the instructions. |
