with factory ammo becoming scarce and quite expensive, reloading has become a cheaper alternative for me.

if you don't want to reload, there are probably some of us here that can do it for you.

I'm on the road pretty frequently now, so someone else will need to organize this.

I'd hate to see all this go to a recycler who will melt it down.

Your thoughts?

My first question would be who the HELL has a truck BIG ENOUGH to haul all that away!! That's approx 23 TONS of brass!! Where would you store it, how could it get separarted and processed etc, etc, etc.!! Even if there was a 20% loss for bad rounds MAN that is enough brass....it boggles the mind!
And I only live 2 1/2 hours north of HAFB!
GAU5-A-A you need to modify the title of this a bit so more NM folks will look at this, I'm with you we should try to do something! Can you imagine the brass separarting party we could have!
DAMN!!

WOW don't think this is gonna happen!! Need a $10,000 bid deposit to even bid on this! Also a EUC, end user certificate, yeah checked out the details! Ain't gonna be that
easy!!

Just got a e-mail from Top Brass in Colorado I told Kay about it and they already have their bidders fee in and of course have the EUC. I REALLY hope they get the bid as they have been my source of 5.56 for a while! Got some .308 from them to! Great people, great product at a reasonable price!
