Folks,
I am really wanting to hit a range that offers longer ranges, say 600-1000 yards. Anyone know of an option within 1-2.5 hrs from Bentonville, AR? Thank you in advance. |

This probably doesn't help, but you might get hold of the guys that run DR Long Range Concepts over that way, and ask them.

| Well hell. Thank you for the replies. My fam owns some property close but it's going to be a stretch to make it 400. I was in Houston tx a month ago and went to the American shooting center on westheimer. They had everything from 7yd to 600. It was glorious but cost my Father in law and myself $50 just to shoot 6 guns. A bit much if you ask me. |

I had a similar plan first step is win the money then get some run down town to give the land to use so they will get the gun tourist income. get some other industries interested in the idea and then... oh yeah I got to buy tickets |

You can get to 600 yards at OK city. 1000 & 600 at Tulsa twice a year, and almost monthly at Camp Robinson. These are almost all high power events, or prone midrange/1000. Give it a go! You might like it. Kent, you need to open the hill across the valley. A zip line could be used to get back and forth! |

If you mean at my place..............I can get back to 600 if there is no one home........... |

If you don't mind the drive, you can shoot out to 600yd at Benton Gun Club down in Benton, AR.
It would be closer than OKC, but futher than Tulsa for you. Although it only cost $75 a year to be a member. http://www.bentongunclub.org/ |

Im not a huge fan of giving them business, however over a year ago when I purchased a AR from them my understanding was they were building a 1K yard range.. Not promising anything because I have not been back, but might be worth a phone call.. |
