| Just curious to see if there is a market for basic-tactical firearms training in NW Arkansas. I am not talking about CC type training. I am talking about realistic shooting and training. |

Its my understanding that the preimier in-state destination for tactical training is located in NLR, AR www.darc1.com |

I'm in the market for just that. Checked the website for that new Blackhawk (I think) training place in Centerton and all I saw in that vien was a two day class for like $600. Too rich for my blood but maybe a basic one day class? |

Too rich for my blood but maybe a basic one day class? I have not taken a class from John Farnam, but I have shot at both DARC and Nighthawk. Facility wise, Nighthawk has some bays/burms and some barrels/wood frames. DARC1 is world class training facility with multiple/covered ranges/shoot houses/village/helo/ and other cool/real world "environmental" things that get people ready for the real world of hurt out there. I have yet to leave DARC1 whithout being bruised/beat up/ bloody, or any combination of the 3. It is not a spend the day bullshitting around, photo-op, go get a beer and porterhouse steak afterwards with the traveling gypsy thing. It is not cheap in any fashion, and don't worry about Rich and cadre not giving you your money's worth.....'cause they will and more. I would be interested in training in the NWA area, just to experience it from a different perspective... |

I would be in the market. I haven't taken any classes but I have read a few books and I've seen a lot of movies. Just kidding about the movies part. However I would be interested in a basic firearms class either pistol or carbine or both. Cheers! -Alan |
