Yes I am, thanks!
And thank you for all the support.
It is now week 7... and still no smokes.  I have agained a pound a week in weight, but the doc says we will work on that later.....
The good news is that my wife has joined me, and she is now smoke free for over a week.  Nothing like having 2 people go though this at the same time
I figured up the money we are not spending on smokes, and it is the same as:

The electric bill
The water bill
The sat. TV bill
& The car insurance!

Got a funny story though.....Back when I quit, I was talking to my wife, and ...sigh...I said that if she quit also, I would re-plant her long abandoned rose garden....
Well, sure enough, last Saturday, we were at Lowe's, standing in front of the $8 potted rose plants...
10 plants, 3 bags of soil, and 1 pick-ax later, she has her garden back

Yeap, I am back on my "support your local gunshop...buy a box every two weeks" routine..
That is, when work does not call me in on a Saturday..

Well they ain't the best pics but here it is..

This is the bed to the left, yellow rose in middle made it from first planting years ago.....

This is the bed to the right, 1 red rose mad it through here..

An this is my helper who 'fended off all the vicious  butterflies....

I still have to work on the space between the boxes, but this is where it is now..

Keep it up! ....and tell your wife good job as well. I have never smoked but watched my dad quit half a dozen times before he finally did so I know from that how hard it is. Thanks for the pics too!!

What qualifies as extra ammo?

I believe that would be ammo that you own that you do not have a suitable firearm for using.  Anything that you can use in a weapon you own is just ammo, nothing extra about it.

ETA:  Congrats on being smoke free to you and your wife clastac!
