I ordered my first AR-15 from Spikes Tactical after hearing so much about their guns and their quality. Well, that was 2 F*%$@*$ MONTHS AGO!!!! Last week they called me and told me all they had left was the upper and it would ship out this week. GUESS WHAT?!?!? IT'S FRIDAY BITCHES!!!!! END OF THE WEEK AND STILL NO SHIPPING NOTICE!!! I called yesterday and a lady told me she would go out to the armory and check on it for me and give me a call back. STILL NO DAMN CALL!!!!!!!! All I have to say now is this better be the best damn gun I have ever owned. Fed up with this shit. |

I have two Spike's ARs and have been happy with them.
I ordered both of them in the "early days" of Spike's. Their customer service was really incredible back then. From what I hear, they still aim to please, but their business has gotten really big really fast. I dont think they have the manpower to keep up with their demand. The result is: good products, well intentioned customer service, but REALLY long wait times and sometimes thigns fall through the cracks. |

It took me awhile, but I finally broke myself from giving cash to companies that don't have product in stock, and pre-order lists. It's probably added years to my life! |
