I am looking at beginning my path to ruination (i.e. getting into the NFA game) and want to go with a trust so my son can have access to the future goodies also. I have a Spikes lower set aside for an SBR build, so now it is time to get a little more serious on the paperwork side of things. Does anyone have an approved trust here in AR that they would be willing to redact all personal information out of and share? Know of any good resources locally (central AR) for NFA stuff - attorneys, engravers, dealers (Joker Tactical is already on my consult list)? Any other tips/pointers/gotchas/crap I need to know is very much appreciated.
