Can any of you Arkansas folks tell me about Heber Springs???
General atmosphere of the place??.......how about medial facilities?? Good fishing?? Wild hogs around the area?? Thanks Dana |

Generally it's just a small lake town. Bunch of people during the summer, kind of shuts down during the winter. Lots of marinas and small fishing shops.
Fishing there is great especially bass and hybrid. There is also the Little Red River running off it that is good for flyfishing and trout. I grew up about 30 minutes from there and I do know of some friends that used to hog hunt around there but I'm not sure where. They do have a smaller hospital and medical clinics. |
