It's hotter than hell out there. My wife and I layed 200 yards of sod in the back yard yesterday by 2:30. We have planted 4 roses and a whole slew of impatients already this morning. In for a break right now, front yard gets a mowing after lunch. Screw that. This is where you offer me a new bumper for my tj and ill mow for ya. ![]() Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

In a mechanic shop all week, a range somwhere on the weekend and mowing the yard in a little while. I'm the heat all the time We don't just play in the heat though, guys like dave and I though, we work surrounded by diesel engines superheating the air around us. I've measured the air on frac jobs at 140. Posted pics on my fb of either 138 or 140 showing on the thermometer. Difference being between that and today, no one is throwing money at me to be in it today ![]() Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
| Stay in the cab......yeah that would go far on one of my locations, our drivers go above and beyond when transfering anything, from spotting for the foklift, monitoring tank levels and checking hoses for leaks. And not to mention we recieve trucks 24 hrs a day, rain or shine. With out good drivers my job would be alot more stress and worry. On the flip side, my guys work with the drivers dragging hoses, changing fittings and laying out catch pans. It's a team effort the moment you cross the cattle guard. |

Milk truck turned over and blocked our route the other night while we were frac'ing the wisenhut, someone forgot to tell loc and CF didn't pay attention and kept frac'ing. When they open valves on the chiefs and got nothing, they had some of that worry and stress you speak of. ![]() Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
