Wife wants one, not going to spend 500$ on a dog. Don't care color, or sex. I check the LR paper, but most go for 500-600$ with papers or 350$ from some guy who swears his uncle's dog has papers and he knows his is 100%.

Any help would be appreciated and would buy me some brownie points that I could use in the near future when I buy my 1st AR upper.

Have you thought about adopting one?  You could call your local shelters and see what they have.  Also check these websites

Owner of 2 Danes here but paid a breeder in TX alot for them. My first Dane was a rescue, I looked for a GDR in AR but came up empty. You may want to Google a search for one a state or two away. Sometimes if they know you are serious they will adopt to someone out of state. Some great GD's come through rescue. The movie Marmaduke is just about to come out, GD's will be flooding shelters in 6-12 months with retarded people who will say "I had no idea this dog would get so big"!

Six weeks old yesterday. They had 2, large father fell over and killed 1. She was only 1 left.

Her she is this morning chewing on a stick. She seems to be getting along with our lab as well.
