This is the second one I've found ]within a 2 block area near Scott and 6th downtown LR, right on the sidewalk. Looks to be a 180gr Speer Gold Dot. http://www.rustyhubbard.com/sidewalk40.jpg Doesn't look to be any human tissue on it. |

I wonder if there Is still heavy gang activity, like the 90s? There is, it's just not out in the open like it was back then. This. They keep it quiet, but little rock was just named one of the most dangerous cities in America. With Benton, Bryant, Conway, and Cabot included in Little Rock to pad the stats. |

A few years ago, my truck was reared ended as I waited for the car ahead to turn left. The responding officer became concerned when he saw about a dozen expended 308 casings on the ground under my truck. I explained that I often shoot my rifles using my truck tool box as a rest and some of the brass gets tossed between the cab and bed, landing on top of the gas tank. The collision shook them loose. I am confident that I did not get all of the brass up before I left.

Not doubting this but would like a link to the source. My out of state boss questions my assessment that the Fairpark / University area is really as bad as I make it out to be. Sure it doesnt look too bad at noon but after dark, it gets...well....you know.... |
