So how come the two Wally Marts here in Conway charge 20 bucks for Win 100rd value packs and The one in Jonesboro charges 30 bucks???

In sherwood they are $20 for 9mm and $30 for .45

i have never seen 9mm 100 wwb for more than $20 at any wal-mart that sells it, anywhere (ohio, missouri, arkansas, etc.).....

ask the people in the sporting goods area, it might be a mistake
