Dusty posted this picture once in the past as a joke. Well the idea has sort of grown on me. Something like this would make a nice present for my wife. I would even shoot it if no one was looking. I have an extra lower sitting around and this may be my next project. Where can you get the Barbie pink with flowers stock, handguards, charging handle, pins, trigger, magazine, pistol grip, rear site parts and dust cover? Got any idea how they got that dark purple finish on it? Thanks, Frank

| Thanks guys, looked at the Duracoat web site, they have everything I need except the flower stickers. I can see it on the pistol grip and hand guards, but how does it get on the butt stock and stay so smooth. Their web site says that a ruff finish gives their paint better adhesion. Will have to look at which is cheaper paint or pink hardware for the stock, PG and hand guards. But without the paint I cannot get the Barbie flowers. If you look at the brass deflector you can see that this gun in the picture is a shooter. And no one will pick it up by mistake at the range. |
