| ok im filling out my paperwork to get my C&R and i don't know who my CLEO is for living in little rock, when i got my ccl i turned it into the state police i believe, but who do i turn the C& R into if anyone knows. Anything else i need to know about local laws with this? |

I sent a letter to the NLR PD. They don't have any say in you getting the C&R, you are just notifying them. I have had mine for a couple of years. Here are some tips: don't sign your original - make about 50 copies and sign each when you mail it out. don't spend any cash on a bound book. There are some good ones you can download for free, I think there are some on the site Gladman mentioned. Register with Midway and Brownells and send them a copy for some good discounts.
