| I've been having a FAL craving for a while now. I just picked up an all matching Argentine FAL kit. At first I figured I would just get a receiver, 922R parts and ship it off to a builder like Arizona Response. Well the backlog there is months long.....as in probably a year....at least. So.....I'm now thinking of getting Gumplumber's FAL guide, tools, etc. and attempting this myself. Has anyone in the Omaha/Lincoln area done this before? I'm probably going to have a lot of questions. It's always nice to speak to someone with experience and have a guiding hand in person than reading about it on the internet. |

Try giving "shooter" over on the NFOA forum a message. I think he's built at least a couple and has all the tools, etc. |
