Mmm. I'm really torn on the whole open carry thing. I fully support the rights of those who want to do it. On the other hand I see no reason to draw the attention of the sheeple or the PoPo. I carry concealed because I do not want attention drawn to myself nor do I want to tip my hand to any would be adversaries.
Just my random morning thoughts....... |

But has nothing to do with being a conformist. It has to do with, for lack of a better term, OPSEC. I won't do it, but fully support your endeavors OP. It's legal for you to do and that's all that matters. Be careful the gas station doesn't have a no firearms sign. Then they could legitimately ask you to leave.

| The only holsters I have right now are for a Glock 35. Extra fullsize should be no big deal for open carry but even with a holster close to the body I can't really sit in my car properly. It has "sporty" seats and both the muzzle end and the grip hit different parts of the bolsters. I'll stick to in home only which is fine for me right now. |
