Hi everyone, My name is Bill, I am 34. I live in south central Nebraska. I am a farmer, we grow corn soybeans and alfalfa.
I have been lurking here for a little getting info on ar15s.
I just got my DPMS AP4 LR-308 yesterday and can't wait to sight in the scope. I wanted to get one bought before the 08 elections since it looks like they will ban them as soon as they get enough votes.
I just wanted to introduce myself on here

South-central, huh?

Like Holdrege? Minden? Further south and Franklin or Alma?

I grew up in McCook, my dad in the Franklin/Alma area and sis lives in Kearney.

I used to ride my bike all over that area when I still lived in McCook. Really miss them days. Two stroke twins don't like the mountain passes as well as the flat lands.

Hey Bill, South-central here, too. 44 years old. Farmer, corn, soy, wheat, alf and pasture. Sounds like a single-ad, it isn't.

Tri-Cities area.

Don't forget to stock up on ammo...it definitely isn't getting any cheaper.

Welcome to the site Bill. I'm not a farmer but my grandparents had a thoroughbred farm I grew up around in the McCook area. I'm 31 and in the Grand Island area. I do most of my shooting around Phillips or Wolbach. Grand Island has a new shooting park that seems pretty good too. $5 for a day use of the ranges. I think you might be a little better off if you take your own targets.

Hamilton County, present and accounted for. Usually shoot in GI or Central City. I'm from NYC so I can barely tell a tractor from a combine (but I'm learning!).
