There is a combat, concealed carry class coming up for Women. I will have a Wife, a Sister in law and three Daughters in this class. My question is one of my Daughters is a Wyoming Resident. Will the State of Alaska issue a concealed carry permit to a non resident ?

Pretty sure you have to be a resident or at least have a AK issued ID to get one.

Thank you for the link, it answered all of my questions. She will still take the class and maybe it will help with a Wyoming permit. |
