Hey just got my form 4 kicked back because I didn't have a schedule of beneficiaries attached. (Never included one in the past for any of my other approved stamps)

I don't have any beneficiary's, so I sent a schedule of beneficiary's with the line "no beneficiary's at this time"

Got another correction letter today. Kicked back for "trust may be insufficient.**in regards to schedule of beneficiaries. please review to ensure its validity and compliance with state law.

Anyone know what I need to do?

Do I have to have a beneficiary?

If anyone has any insight it would sure help me out.

Or if anyone has a Alaskan NFA lawyer that they can recommend

Thanks!

I don't do the trust,  but can't you list yourself?

I'm not too sure. I'm baffled as I submitted the same info as

I submitted with my approved stamps.

If you need a beneficiary, I know someone who would volunteer...  The beneficiary is who gets the trust if the trustees die.  That's sort of the point of a trust.
