Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski said Thursday she is willing to consider a bipartisan amendment to expand background checks on gun purchases but that she has expressed some concerns to the two senators writing the legislation.

Oddly enough, the Anchorage City Clerk says that a right in vote for "Rick Moe" when the candidate is Nick Moe is not valid hen city clerk Barbara Jones, flanked by attorneys from each campaign, came around and made a decision. "Nick Moe, oval not marked, no count," she said over and over. Rick Moe, no, she said. Check in the oval (instead of filling it in), Nick Moe, counted. |
