Anybody have any experience with having a well drilled? I'm looking at a place out in the chugiak area and just found out it has no water. |

Water quality can be an issue out here. On this hill side, some of the wells are seeing increased nitrate/nitrite levels. I have city water though on the inlet side. I can't say I have any drilling experience, but a lot of wells are on the DNR WELTS system, so you can see what depths adjacent wells have been drilled to. |

I'm not too up on wells. Every place i have lived has had city water. The place im looking at now is off the N Birchwood exit between the range and the highway if that can tell you anything. City water would be nice (i love the flat rate water bill i get now). Kinda weird, the house was built in 2003ish, and looks like they didn't spare any money building it going by the size of it, but it's not connected to any water. |
