Just got a letter telling me that a car I traded in's IM is expired and to mail them a form back to them. The letter also told me that even if I only commute into Anchorage I still need to get IM'd even though I don't live in the Muni.

Trying to get my car IM'ed and the bastards wont do it because my damn check engine light is on.
