Welcome. Was she in compliance with this.. hawaii.gov/dcca/areas/ocp/main/hrs/lt_code |
| Kaneohe guns... Security Equipment and Magnum in town... Young Guns in Mapunana... Waikiki gun shop. IMO theyre all more or less the same. I like the guys at Security Equipment. Thought they dont sell Colts or hi-caps to anyone but LEO. Prices are all about the same: shitty. |
They had one Colt I wanted for the longest, a 1911 WW1 repro for $900 NIB. Only reason I didnt buy it is because Ewa Beach is hell on nice, blued finishes, I have to oil guns once a week to keep rust down and I know that gun's finish wouldve been destroyed down here. |
It's still there. Have you tried Breakfree Collector? It's supposed to have greater corrosion protection for storage applications, and doesn't have to be removed before firing. They claim a five year storage life, but I'd be happy with six months. 1+ for Security and Waikiki. |
Only thing Ive got is CLP and silica gel bags, I also try to wipe everything I touch with the silicon gun rags when Im done handling as well. |
