Lots of folks buying, we actually had a pretty good first day despite our anticipation of a very slow show secondary to $$$$

There is a guy selling NIB OKay Industry magazines for $7.50 ea.  He is the army surplus guy.

Other than that didnt see any really good deal.

I remember the days when gun shows were where the good deals were.  Now half of the tables are selling anything but firearms or firearms related accessories.  I have for the most part stopped even going because I do not want to pay new prices for someones old POS.

Good to see you out there UAF.

I've almost been in Alaksa for 2 weeks now, on a 3-year tour with the Air Force.

First observation, I love that while the lower 48 debate guns on a college campus, there is a gun show at a college in Alaska.

Let's see, the deals were hard to find but I think I picked up some reasonably priced items:

.357 brass 100rds for $6
.223 brass 100rds for $16
100 125gr for $8
100 158gr w/gas check for $12

And tomorrow I am headed to town to get a lower for $130, at that price I might get a second just to have an extra project to work on next winter.

That was an unusual gunshow.  Wish money was not so tight, but gotta save for winter.

I found 4 Norwegian Krags and a Danish Krag.

The only one I've seen in 25 years was my 1894 Norwegian rifle I sold off a few years ago.  I would buy it back at twice the price.

All I got from the gun show at the Patty was  a desire to go and buy a safe because my collection is worth WAY more than I thought if the prices charged at the show are any indication'');
