I never saw much point in such a bulky rimfire pistol who's accuracy I was never made aware of, that is unless you really want a magazine that holds more than 14 or 15 rounds (it takes ramline mags so 20-50 rnds possible).  For $100, hard to go wrong though as long as it is functional, especially if you already have the magazines.

Yeah, I had one.  Thought it'd be cool cause I could use 30rd 10/22 mags.  Problem was, I only needed 10rd mags because it'd jam every 3-4 rounds anyway

The ejector is made out of PLASTIC.  THE EJECTOR IS MADE OUT OF PLASTIC!

How retarded is that.  The gun is a complete piece of crap.

how does an extractor differ from an ejector ?

Extractor is the part that grips the case and pulls it from the chamber.  On a 22 blowback gun, it's not really that important as most of the force to do this comes from blowback.

EJECTOR is that part that strikes the case as it travels towards the rear.  The spent case then pivots on the extractor and flies from the gun.  So, the plastic EJECTOR is actually getting spacked by these 22 casings each time the gun fires.

If it's the same as my .22 Rimfire full auto conversion kit on my M11, it uses part of the feedlip on the ramline magazine as the ejector which means it's only a matter of time until it's worn away, and that's not long in full auto.  If the Tec-22 does that too, that truly sucks though it should last a while but you will end up replacing magazines which have fortunately dropped back down in price since the end of the AWB.  If I got a Tec-22, I would have it modified for a permanent metal ejector just like I still need to do with my M11 rimfire kit.

I owned a tec-9 a few years back. I was having constant jamming and FTF's. After a new spring and firing pin it function flawlessly for about 1500 rounds, in which case I replaced again. They are fun to shoot. Just my $.02 and your milage might vary. Buy it now and if you don't like it, you can donate it me.
