I am heading down for a day at Glam Gulch this weekend.

Having never been there, can anyone fill me in on what to expect

Thanks
Chris

I've headed down to Clam Gulch but I didn't have to leave the room.

Where is it?

The parking is above the beach about halfway from the top. Easy walk down but not back up.  Some people take a four-wheeler and head a ways down the beach away from the larger groups of people.  The last time I was there (May) I got 4 to 5 inch clams.  Enjoy yourself

What kind of clams?  I like manilla and steamers but are these the bigguns?  The advisories against the shell fish that we get from time to time keep me paranoid and away from the local critters.
