[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Advanced CCW training

I'd like to get some advanced training for concealed carry. I already have a permit to carry and am quite competent with basic firearms skills. I'm not looking for just a basic firearms safety course. I'm not looking for door kicker classes. Just average citizen concealed carry. Any recommendations moving outwards from the Central Iowa area would be appreciated.

I'd also be interested in this. I have heard of courses that center around "fighting with your ccw".. that would be kinda neat.

I have taken some classes with Rick at Controlled Chaos and his classes are very good. I believe he has a 2 day tactical pistol class which may suit your need.

How far are you from Ottumwa? Go to the link below for both classes and a training simulator. Simulator is geared toward legal self defense scenarios.
