Ok I just got home from work and 2 people have posted in my thread in the EE. Both have followed up with IM's
First guy posts: IM sent posting for feedback his IM says: If it is XXXXXX part number I will take it. It is XXXXX part number. Second posts: I will take it if still available. He follows up with IM saying he will take it send him the address for usps money order. Under our rules it seems I'm obligated to sell to the second guy who posted I will take it if still available with no doubts or conditions correct? If the first guy said that he'd take it if it was XXXXX and it is in fact XXXXX then I'd personally sell it to that guy since he said that he'd take it. Where a person runs into trouble is if what you have is not XXXXX but he later IM's back and said that he'd take it anyway...then I would have had no problems selling it to the second guy. Hope that helps.
This is an unknown area for me to comment on since I never get rid of anything.

I'm in a situation where I'm going to build a rifle with a budget in mind with the OK from mama, but if I get rid of some stuff I'm not using anyway then my budget goes up so I can get an even better setup. I explained the situation to both guys and the second guy was real cool about it and agreed it to go to the other guy so all is good. |
