Do you have to be a paying member to post on the EE?
I noticed I don't have a "new topic" option?
I have a bunch of tumbled and sized 9mm brass and I'm wanting to trade for .45 brass with large primer.

No you do not need to be a paid member. Once you go into the EE section that you wish to sell/trade in, there will be a new topic button.

Thanks for the reply. I feel like a dumb newbie.
I see where to post in the general EE but was trying to post just in the Iowa section.
Am I missing something ?

There isn't a proper IA section, the brainiacs wrote a script to key to the Member's location field and then only show those that qualify from all the EE sub forums.
