Iowa HTF Uniform > Iowa

I think the IHTF should adopt a uniform.
I'm thinking kilts.
Some kind of tactical color.
Undergarments NOT optional; I know, it might not be traditional, but I don't want to see any danglees.
And length to right at the knees, otherwise there are a couple here that I would think would show up with mini-kilts, and I don't want to see any cheeks hanging out either.
