| Do any of you know the local process for tracking smurfs ? Is there a centralized system or individual logs ? Would a local agency have access to said logs ? Im not gonna define smurf for those that dont know just yet. The people that would know the answer to this will know what a smurf is. |

I loved the cartoon. Smurf is a term used for people that buy sudafed for people to cook meth. Since it became controlled they had to change the way they get it and it was dubbed smurfing. Dont remember where I learned that. But I know its tracked im wondering how exactly and who has access to the records. |
