I have been contemplating going to an instuctional course on the longer range stuff, basicly to work on the base principles and having an experienced instructor to critique and teach.

Badlands Tactical

Anybody interested in this? or have an alternative yet similar course you would be interested in?

I was thinking of going to Vegas for a vacation, but figured this would be cheaper and I could actually take something away (other than an STD).

Blackwater has courses they teach and its just over in IL past the QC area. Don't remember the exact area but have thought about going.

It looks like Blackwater only offers their "similar" course to Military or Law Enforcement.

But that would have been pretty handy

Looks like fun, of course I'd HAVE to buy a new rifle....darn.   Then Vegas would be fun too...either way.
