Hello all,

It is a dream of mine to head out your direction one of these days to both see the country and pursue big game, most notably mule deer and antelope.  Well, I don't have the money to pay to go on one of the big money trophy hunts.  What I do have is access to some very good hunting areas here in Southern Indiana for whitetail deer and spring gobblers.  If, any of you would be welcome to the idea of allowing someone and his best friend out to hunt for either mulies, whitetail, or antelope for a couple days I would be more than happy to have you out here during either deer or turkey season.  Here, tags are cheap and OTC for non-residents, and I know it will be a little harder for me to head that way when it comes to licenses and such.

To be honest, I am quite lost on how to try to go about hunting some of the public lands (which I know may be my best option) so if you care to share any advice I would be more than happy to have an IM from you

Thanks much & happy hunting,
Clint

In North Dakota they have had the antelope season closed for the last 2 years because of such low numbers.  The white-tail numbers were down also this year as the game and fish were even refunding licence fees for the way western part of the state because of low numbers.
I think S Dakota or Wyoming would be the place for goat hunting.

Harding Co. in South Dakota would be a good one for Goats.
