[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Class 3 - SD

Looking at possibly transferring late next year to Sioux Falls area. Found info on permit to carry, looks like that is good to go. However, couldn't find much on getting NFA/Class 3 stuff, on how difficult it is?

Any assistance would be appreciated. thanks

What I know. Living in ND... It shouldn't be a problem. Pretty nfa friendly from the shoots I've been too.

As easy as it can be. Find a good dealer to work with and your good to go.

or a trust which is very easy to do for the state of SD. 20 minutes and a current willmaker software version will get you up and running

It doesn't get muchj better. I'm originally from minute and its amazing all the cool stuff we get to do here. Ill have a hard time ever moving back

SD (thankfully) has some of the most lax gun laws in the nation. Sioux Falls falls (he he) in two different counties: Minnehaha and Lincoln. I believe the Lincoln Co. State's Attorney is a member here. How cool is that?
