I made it.  there are going to be alot of sad people when they get home and inspect their new tresures.  not everybody was looking down barrels.  I saw alot of rusty, pitted barrels bringing top dollar.  the one that sticks in my head was a 1895 marlin 45-70 that the barrel was solid rust on the inside and the action was froze up bring something in the area of $400 hock.gif. there were some deals there but you had to watch them all very carefully.  the real bargins were the calls and the ammo that they sold last

Do you happen to remember what the Colt 1911's went for? Mainly the Combat Commanders.
