First step.

Offensive Line, QB, Defense.

WWBSD.

Harbaugh knows damn well why he excelled as a Michigan QB under Bo.
It's the same reason Bama excells.

BIG, SMART, FAST, and Meaner than hell, offensive line.
Even a mediocre QB and a run of the mill running back are damn dangerous behind a great line.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens to the line up, recruiting, and supporting coaching staff.
Some of the unexpected, is fixing to happen, and some noses are going to get bent out of shape.
The mentality is about to change sharply. I just hope the Temp AD, can keep the Academic idiots off Harbough long enough to find a supporting AD.

In the end, Michigan football was torpedoed by the Liberal academic administrators, and not the coaches, and if given the opportunity, they will do it again.

I think he has so much support from fans and former players and coaches, that he'll have ALOT of freedom to maneuver. The University went "all in" with this hire, to put it in another analogy, you don't buy a real nice house and spend all this money on a big tv and stereo system, you're not going to go cheap on the carpet.

Just read where he is going after his O-line coach that he has worked with for the last 10 years, and it should be a done deal.

He's already contacted the verbal commitment kids, even the ones that backed out.

He wont have a good shot at a B1G title for a couple years, but damn if the program wont be making it tough for anyone else to get it.

The loss of the traditional Wolverine Offensive line, and thinking that went with it under RR, is the biggest factor in where the Team is now.

I can't wait until next Fall....

I seen that about the O line coach. That'll be a great coach, plus the guy from Florida. Michigan will have an elite coaching staff just like Alabama.

We have enough talent to win right now(I don't mean championships right away, but good seasons). They just weren't being coached right. It's not like Michigan whiffed on every 4 and 5 star recruit.

I'm a Michigan fan before a Tigers, Lions or Red Wings. So, I'm super excited.

We seem to think alike.

The O-Line has been shit ever since RR and the ACC nancyball mentality showed up.
The Defense has lacked intensity, and frankly, any sort of aggression for the same period.
Quarterbacks have had the talent, but no development. Same thing for running backs.

Harbough brings everything needed to fix that shit, and a "Make them hurt so bad they will want to quit" mentality back.

It's gonna be fun!
