I am looking at a possible relocation to Grand Rapids for work this summer. It would be a long term relocation. Anything about MI gun laws I should be aware of? Banned guns, mag restrictions?

No mag restrictions. Right now SBR's and SBS's are illegal... But we are trying to make those legal right now. The bill is on the governor's desk to sign. |

Thank you that tells me exactly what I needed to know. While the pistol registration is annoying, complying is super easy. MI form RI-60 is the form and it's really quick and simple to fill out and just drop off at the local LEO office. |

You were an hour and 26 minutes late about the SBRs and SBSs. The bill was signed yesterday at 9:10PM and filed with the Secretary of State at noon today. |
