Can I mail in the receipt for my pistol to my jurisdiction or do I have to drop it off FTF?

I just drop mine off at my local cop shop.

The Ingham County Sheriff's Central Records allows you to mail the Agency/MSP forms to them.

State law allows them to be mailed in.
