| Saw this Michigan company in a thread talking about Det Gun Works. Started checking them out and it looks like their suppressors are very reasonably priced. I have a 1911 coming with a threaded barrel. Any reviews or dealings with the company in general? How do these stack up to the higher end suppressors like the Tirant and the Osprey? |
| Since I only have one, I have nothing to compare to. But the price was right, and I think it is a quality piece of equipment. I also have several of their lowers, they are quality also. They're good people and stand behind their products, plus - Made in Michigan! |

Great people up there! I purchased a 45 and 556 suppressor from them. While not light, their 556 has found a home on my bolt 223 and with sub's it is QUIET! Their 45 is nice, and they did a special thread for me, but just be aware it does not have a booster/neilson (sp.) device on it. So it will have to be a hotter (+p) or reduced strength spring to get it to work in my experience.
But like I said great and friendly people and quality products! (Even threw in some tannerite with my purchase  )
