Feral Pigs are no joke, look at Texas.  However I have problems with people telling me "no you cant do that" to mundane things like this.

I'm on the fence at this point.

I'm kind of with you at this point. As far as charging them all with felonies, I think it depends on how much warning they got to stop breeding the pigs. If it was this year, that would seem bogus to charge them but if they have been trying to stop them for years, it is more understandable as it is against the law and seems more of s preventative measure than anything else.

Ruling



It appears the ruling is from December of last year, and specifically mentions that it will not apply to domestic hog production. I'm just trying to figure out why they are threatening these people.
