I haven't purchased an NFA item since I bought my S&W76 under my C&R (where it still sits). When the opinion came through I called Long Mountain about an SG9 for it and they had sold the last run out and they were not sure they'd do another. I got the call last night, Gemtech has a PO to make 25 more units!

So, I have about two months to wait but I will need a recommendation for a class III in my area.

Police chief has changed since my last NFA signoff and C&R as well, if anyone knows how things are going there I would love to hear. The one time a approached the Macomb County Sheriff they indicated they only sign off for cities without a PD.

And, if anyone wants a great add on for their 76, absolutely look into the SG9!

Spoke with the SHPD Chiefs Office today. They stated that they have signed full auto in the past. They were not up to speed on the recent silencer opinion but stated that if the AG has ok'd the law then there should be no problem. They have yet to see one. I provided them a copy of the AG Opinion. You should be good to go.

As far as a dealer, Ive used Dave at Great Lakes and he's a great guy.
