Is 7 months an excessive wait in Wayne County?  The Wayne County website is listing the status as "pending", but 7 months seems kind of excessive, even in Wayne County.  What kind of times are you guys seeing?

"Supposedly" it should be no more than 60 days.  Any longer, and you're "supposed" to get an automatic 180 extension.

IMHO, renewals should be instant.

Having said that, my last renewal took 6 months, I called and bugged them and got it.

Of course they screwed it up, and I found myself in a very awkward situation on the side of I69 with a couple of state troopers.

Good luck.  Wayne County sucks.

7 months is way too long.

My renewal took less than 2 months.

Call the clerk's office and make sure they didnt lose it.

3 weeks Van Buren. Depends when you get the application in.
Renewal by the way.
Read the law, or go to the MCRGO website. Lots of answers to be found there. If they delay, they owe you a temporary..
Maybe they dug up those old felonies.

I renewed recently. Took 7 WEEKS to show on the website that I was approved. It took 3 more weeks for me to receive it in the mail.
