Okay, I'm sorry to beat this horse again, but I'm having a hard time with my research here.

Can a non-Michigan resident buy a long gun from an FFL in Michigan? Does the person have to be a resident of a contiguous state?

I just realized/found out that Minnesota is technically contiguous to Michigan because of Isle Royal.

I'M from michigan and buy long-guns from ffl dealers in ohio all the time, i would think it would be the same for ohio?

You should have no problem, if you have a waiting period in Minnesota then you will have to go through that same waiting period if you get it form Michigan. If there is one for some reason then the firearm may have to be shipped to a FFL in your local area
