Hi Gang
I heard recently that the Michigan law regarding rifles with a folding stock had changed. has anyone heard about it, or when it goes/went into effect? What I heard was that as of Jan 1st a rifle with a folding/colapsing stock no longer had to be registered as a pistol if it was over 26" in length and that this was done to prevent people using things like an ak folder as a concealed weapon/pistol. I know that the law said/says between 26 and 30 inches folded is a pistol. I looked at the MSP website but couldnt find any info, and was wondering if anyone else had heard about a change in the law. Thanks! P.Smith |
