Are they legal in MI. I searched the MCL's on the states website but didn't turn up anything. Anyone know if its allowed here? Thanks  ETA: Took another look at 750.224 and saw this c) A bomb or bombshell And the exception (c) A person licensed by the secretary of the treasury of the United States or the secretary's delegate to manufacture, sell, or possess a machine gun, or a device, weapon, cartridge, container, or contrivance described in subsection (1). This is the same section as the MG section so i guess it would be legal with BATF approval. Anyone done make or transfer a DD here? |
