| Bought A rifle from some guy in illinois, this guy wants to just ship it from his address to my ffl, is this legal? Been calling and few places and no one seems to do this, as he is a private individual and its from his collection, thought with long guns you didnt need to use a ffl for shipping am i wrong? |
Some FFLs require that long guns ship from other FFLs and some don't. I'm not sure where you live but I know a guy in Fenton that does pretty cheap transfers and accepts them from individuals. If that isn't close then I'm sure others will give you some ideas. |
