| Looks like I'll finally get to come back out and shoot. This will be my first match since November. I guess I shouldn't complain too much as my busy months for work are during the coldest season. I'd be really pissed if I had to work in July during the CRC. Looking forward to getting back in the swing of things. |

Will be good to see you again, John. I think the website says to bring 150 rounds but I don't think I've ever shot a 100 rounds during a match. 50 pistol will probably be good. There are a lot of people who commute from the East side, so if you were looking to carpool, you could probably find someone to ride with. |

Myself and another guy are coming from the Ann Arbor area if anyone wants to carpool. Would be nice to split gas some more. Only problem is, for this match, we need to be back on the road by 2pm sharp. I know they usually dont go that long but we may be either skipping a stage or rushing through one of them to get out on time. We'll be there every month, lets set up a carpool because this drive is killing me! :) |
A fool is an individual who believes a firearm is a magic amulet and training is not necessary to successfully use it as a self defense tool. A fool is also someone who hesitates to try something for fear of what others may think. I have been in training classes with some of the crowd that attends these matches. I would not be concerned about condescending or malicious rude behavior. Some good natured-ribbing may occur if you shoot too many hostages though.
