Better bring your own timer then.  I was hoping to do the required orientation at the Capital City Rifle Club that day, but I think I am being ignored. I have contacted two clubs, and neither got back with me. I must be on some sort of blacklist or something.

We missed you, Andy. Weather was pretty good but only 23 shooters. The new rifle rocked but we put the rails and VFG on it this morning and it must have knocked it out of zero. Shot stage 1, the guys went down to score and told me I had like three FTE..ackk!! Since those are shots I would usually easily make, rechecked zero and wasn't even on the target. The shots I did get on the targets during the stage were all headshots. Which would be cool, if I wasn't aiming COM. So then lots of prone time in the snow in jeans, which was good. |
