Lots of discussion about the last election, but we have another one coming up, believe it or not. What's going to happen in '08? How do we make sure "Never again?" Right now, we're working on analysing this election. If you look at www.safrpac.org, we've updated it with the results and you can scan through and see who got good ratings and won and who got good ratings and lost anyway..and a big part of what we're doing is analysing who is vulnerable next time..especially on the Senate side, some key people are at risk. We're going to do one fund raiser a month, starting in January, to raise money for candidates who are going to need it. First one will be in Howell, if anyone is interested. We're looking for ideas on ways to make money for them..and to get out the vote for '08. We're also looking at printing some postcards for people to send their new legislators.."Hello. I vote pro-gun." kind of thing. Instead of worrying about last week, let's worry about next year. |
| keep us posted live in kazoo area, its time to get active, real active, shoot at the kalamazoo rod & gun member there for 15 yrs and i dont want to lose what has been built up in the last 5 to 7 yrs and i am afraid that the battles will start again especially at the national level after 08 man wheres Gov. Engler? i will take his son if possiable? oh he is 2 young twins if i recall right |
